Increase the view zoom to about 200%, Modify -> Smooth -> Create a new keyframe -> Repeat up to 4 or 5 times and you can do a gentle line wobble loop in Flash/Animate.

For text, using onion skins and hand drawing it makes it look a bit better, but sometimes the above technique still works fine in a pinch. :P

They can look pretty goofy front facing, but they look like legit cartoon creatures when they open their mouths and laugh. It's a whole 'nother level. :P
