The words I want to use to describe this piece with don't exist yet in my vocabulary.

Also, does she have only 4 fingers on her right hand? I don't know that person. perhaps she's got only 4 fingers in real life as well.

Pretty lineart as always. Hmm.. how do you do that blur? I assume you first make the parts sharp and add something to make it appear blurry? I tried it sometimes, but can't really get it right. Unless you draw with a blurry pencil?

I mash all my layers into one, import it into Photoshop, select the areas I want blurred and go to filter > blur > field blur, then adjust accordingly. Only just started playing around with it, hope that helps c:
